WINTERIZING YOUR PIPES

Please wrap your pipes on the outside of your unit to try and keep them from freezing in feezing tempatures. If you see any running water, please notify Team Plus. Owners should make sure their turn off valves are working correctly and they are not rusted. You do not want to be in the situation of needed to turn off your water and it does not work.

POOL HOURS

8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. • 7 Days a Week • Year Round

There is an automatic timed lock on the entry gate of the pool’s enclosure to prevent entry while the pool is closed (8:00 p.m - 8:00 a.m.) Please follow the pool rules or your key and your unit can be removed from using it. There are no life guards on duty, please use the pool at your own risk.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING

The next Board of Directors meeting is the 2nd Thursday of the month, every other month at 6:30 pm.

The information will be sent in an email for you to make one time payments, credit card payments, auto pay, or bank draft.

Please fill out the Homeowner/Resident Information form at the bottom of the Community Happenings page. This will ensure that the management and homeowners association has current information for each address.

The pool is open from 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. all year round. Please review the pool rules on the Community Happenings page. Pool keys can be obtained by contacting Crystal Peasegood from Team Plus Management at: 713.662.852 or by Email at forestbendtha@gmail.com.

A $25.00 cash deposit is required.

Please water in front of your house a couple of times a week to help lessen the possibility of foundation problems.

The guest parking spaces are for guests only and should not be used on a regular basis by residents. Residents should park their vehicles in their two covered spaces.

Homeowners should fill out a Home Improvement Application before initiating any exterior renovations. This includes windows, doors, and yard projects. The application form is at the bottom of the Community Happening page.
